This is Ashton School’s third time winning the competition, open to all 5th year students of Spanish nationwide, and involved the filming and editing of a Spanish language video in which students highlighted the attractions of Spain’s “Castilla y León ” region. His Excellency José-María Rodríguez-Coso, Spanish Ambassador to Ireland, presented the winning students with their scholarships at the Spanish Embassy recently, prior to their departure for a week to Spain later during the summer. A superb win.
