If you have received the text message more than once, the possible reasons are as follows: (i) you entered your mobile telephone number incorrectly, (ii) you entered a different mobile telephone number, (iii) you entered your unique PIN incorrectly, (iv) you have not yet registered your email address, or (v) you have registered very recently.

Most parent/guardian contacts have registered their email address at this stage and our records have already been updated.  To complete the records there are just 85 contact email addresses outstanding.  In order to maximise the support we offer our students, I would like to have all remaining contact email addresses updated today. The reasons are given below.

Given that it is not known how long schools will be closed due to Covid-19, we are putting in place alternative arrangements for maintaining contact with parents/guardians for the purposes of general communication, reporting student progress on learning and addressing student welfare issues. Accordingly we are requesting that you register your email address with the school as soon as possible. It will help us a lot and will go a long way towards facilitating two-way communication between parents/guardians and teachers.
