Ashton School Choir attended a Reformation 500 service at St. Finbar’s Cathedral recently, which was recorded by RTE, and will be played on RTE in the near future.

The Choir practices each week, and takes part in music study as part of the syllabus, under the guidance of their teacher Ms. Mary O’Brien.  Choir study and the study of music is also supported by Mr. Hobart Musical Director at St. Finbar’s Cathedral.  Many of these students are also active in the Transition Year Musical each year, directed by Mr. Ruttle.
